Changelog titles render cleanly, deactivated projects open from their card
Release notes no longer show stray quotation marks around their titles, a deactivated project opens from its card, and a suspended organization is held to its billing page until it pays.
What changed
Release notes: titles rendered with the quotation marks of their source files; they are clean now.
Deactivated projects: the card in the Deactivated view opens the project's pages. It also said the project would be deleted after fourteen days — it will not; deactivated projects keep their data until you delete them. Every member can activate one.
Suspended organizations (payment failed after the retries) can sign in, see their organization and settle the bill, but project pages answer "Account is suspended" until then. The check had stopped working and let everything through.
GET /api/health reports the platform version under release.version.
